Study Path progressDay 1

Today's step

  • Check the Study Path tab to get started.
Your loop (how this tool works) Take today's 90-question Dion quiz → import the results → explain every miss → do today's reviews (answer first, then say how sure you are, then see the options) → mark the day complete. Your own misses decide what you study. Messer's videos (by objective — index, objectives PDF) are there for whatever OBJ tags show up. Spacing is handled by the FSRS scheduler: every missed question and card comes back just before you'd forget it, right up to exam day.
How this works: answer first, then commit how sure you are, then see the options. Recognising an answer in a list is much easier than recalling it, so the options stay hidden until you've committed. A wrong pick is recorded as a miss the moment you choose it — switching tabs or reloading brings the same card back. Right but "Guess" counts as not known yet. If you typed an answer first and then pick the right option, you check your typed answer against the key: matched keeps the grade, partly caps it at Hard, didn't match counts as a miss (you recognised it but couldn't recall it). Misses come back tomorrow (they're locked until then, as before) and once more at the end of today's session as practice. Today = items due now plus a few new cards. Full cold review = every active leech, shuffled. Only reviews that were actually due add to a card's pass count, so extra reps can't fast-track it to Cleared. Shortcuts: 0–3 commit with confidence, A–D pick, Enter next, ? for the full list.
How this works: one step at a time, and you can't skip ahead. Each step = take today's 90-question Dion quiz, import the results, and actually engage with every miss (write your own reasoning, or pass a cold re-attempt) before the next step unlocks. Nothing here is a self-attestation checkbox — completion is checked against your real Leech Log data, not the honor system. A day also needs today's due reviews done (or at least the number set in Settings), so old misses keep coming back while new ones arrive.
Confidence bars are scored from your exam results and are deliberately hard to fill. Each bar clears four gates and takes the lowest: lifetime accuracy (≥95% = 5, ≥88% = 4, ≥78% = 3, ≥65% = 2), distinct tests (5 bars needs 8+ separate exams — one perfect run caps you at 1 bar), sample size (40+ answered on that objective for 5 bars), and recent form (your last 10 answers must be clean for 5 bars, so an old good record can't prop up something you're missing now). Each row shows lifetime stats, test count, and recent streak; hover to see exactly what's holding the bar back. Under 8 answered stays unrated. Click a bar to override manually (marked ✎); click the lit bar again to return it to auto.

Import today's quiz results

Upload the saved Dion results page. Questions, options, answers, explanations and objective tags are read in your browser. Re-importing the same page is safe — it isn't counted twice.

Or paste the page's HTML source

Re-attempt quiz

Every logged question with its options, as a Markdown quiz you can print or work offline.

Domain Notes

Your own concept list, filed by objective. Add anything you need to know cold. Each concept automatically links to every Domain Note and missed question that mentions it by name or alias (dashed chips). You can also link items by hand (solid chips) or unlink the ones that don't belong. Click a chip to jump straight to that note or miss. Status is measured: once a concept has linked questions, it shows Solid only when all of them are Cleared in your reviews. Click the pill to override it by hand (marked ✎); click through to return to automatic.

Add concepts

One per line or comma-separated, e.g. Kerberos, SAML, LDAP. Everything you add here goes under the objective and group you pick.

Ctrl/Cmd + Enter adds from the text box. Duplicates under the same objective are skipped.
Cards are scheduled now. Due cards and a few new ones each day join Today's Review automatically, using the same answer-first flow and FSRS spacing as your missed questions. Give a card an objective so it counts toward that objective. "Practice all" lets you run a whole deck without changing its schedule.
Guides are organized by objective, and each objective has to be earned. Three milestones per objective: a guide is linked, every leech question tagged to it has been addressed, and you pass a cold check drawn from those same leech questions. Imported guides are auto-suggested to objectives by keyword — correct them with "Objectives" in the library below. Objectives with no guide offer a blank template you can fill in later.

Import a guide

Select one or more .html guide files. The title is pulled automatically from the file, and re-importing a guide with the same title replaces it rather than duplicating.
